Fact…  Homes that are staged typically sell faster and in a shorter amount of time.  You do the math – stage your house for less than the cost of your first price decrease (typically 5%).  Through a little imagination, color, fabrics, lighting, music, home furnishings, floral arrangements, decluttering, and rearranging, we create an environment that has appealing spaces that will intrigue and entice any buyer.  This generally can be accomplished using your own furnishings, minimizing your out-of-pocket expenses.

Consultation (Service for the “do-it-yourself” homeowner):    We tour your property and make suggested recommendations including: 

• rearranging furnishings;
• lighting;
• paint (most inexpensive way to stage);
• decluttering; store unused furnishings;
• coordinate with resources for contractors, painters, handymen, and movers;
• possible repairs needed and;
• suggestions for improving curb appeal. 

You decide how much or how little.  The recommendations are in your control as to which you will or will not incorporate.  Either do the recommendations yourself, or contract with us to finish the project.  We have several options in home accents and/or furnishings that can be rented and/or purchased.

The Bid:   We tour the property, provide you with an estimate for staging your home after we discuss and agree upon the bid.  We do the work for you and this can include:

• painters;
• rearranging your furnishings;
• rental of furniture and/or accessories or reinventing your own home furnishings;
• lighting;
• packing up the unused items;
• assist with arranging for contractors, handymen, painters, movers, etc;

Redesign:

Have a room or your entire home that is in need of a fresh, innovative décor that reflects with your lifestyle and personality?  We will tour your home discuss your lifestyles and preferences.  We return with a complete plan that can include:

• rearranging, decluttering, organizing;
• lighting, color choices from paint to fabric selections; and
• create custom accessories such as pillows, throws and drapes.

We can utilize your current furnishings, purchase new, or redesign to reinvent your space. Your home is inspired by what you love and redesigned for how you really live.   

Design:

We tour your home, discuss your lifestyle, likes and dislikes, color preferences, room layout and budget.  We return with a plan that can include:

• color paint selections;
• fabric selections;
• custom pillows, throws, bedding, drapes, etc.
• new furniture options/or redesign current;
• hardware, light fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, tile, and appliances;
• list of contractors, painters (faux or technique), handymen;
• personal shopping ideas – purchased only upon your approval.

Personal Shopping:

We do the shopping for you… We will meet with you to discover your likes, dislikes and personal style.  We then visit several retail options i.e. local, internet, furniture restoration, lighting, design centers.  We search for and discover great finds, great buys, all with a fresh touch and eye on detail.  Service provided on an hourly rate with reimbursement of approved purchases.
